Brand new barn available for rent within walking distance of the Glastonbury Festival site. It is close to many of Somerset's fantastic attractions and ideally situated for visits to Glastonbury town, the city of Wells. We're also close to Millfield School and welcome parents visting for any occasion.

The Mousehole is a lovely open plan design with exposed beams and, whilst an old property with amazing character, has all the modern facilities to enjoy your stay. It is both spacious and comfortable.
You enter the barn through a large glass front door to the lounge/kitchen area which has a large UHD Freeview TV, sofa and double sofa bed.
The kitchen is fully equipped with an electric hob and oven, washing machine, microwave, fridge with freezer compartment, dishwasher, kettle, toaster and coffee machine.

The first bedroom is downstairs and has one double bed but can also include a single put-up bed if required.
There is also a wetroom downstairs with a shower, toilet with handrail, low sink and heated towel rail.
The stairs lead up to a mezzanine with a double bed which looks over the lounge/kitchen area. This unique and beautiful space has a Freeview TV and provides views through the top window into the garden.

The property boasts under floor heating which keeps the barn cosy in all weathers. Bedding and towels are provided.
The Mousehole has its own private garden with an attractive useable patio area and grass area, plus garden furniture and a BBQ. A ramp leads up to the patio. Dogs are very welcome but, unfortunately, not during Glastonbury festival.

Parking

The property is adjacent to the owners' house and has free off-road parking for up to 2 cars throughout your stay.

Points to note

This is a No Smoking property please. Wi-Fi is included but, due to the rural area, the speed may be slower than you're used to.
Please note that the property has an eco-friendly septic tank and therefore only completely biodegradable products can be used. We will happily provide you with a pack of items - washing up liquid, washing tabs, cleaning products, dishwasher tablets and we ask that you only use similar eco products as any items that are not suitable will damage the system.
